Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for prints, except in the event of the following reasons:

  • Streaking/ Banding
  • Ink scratches or splits
  • Damaged in transit

Each print is made to order to operate economically and help to protect the environment. We only print our designs on demand and do not keep an inventory of our art.

Ashonimoon prints is not responsible for shipping delays. In case of damage or loss, we will send you a new print or canvas at no additional cost. If you like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately within 2 days of delivery. We will send a replacement canvas or refund the amount via the payment method used (Credit Card or PayPal).
