Standard domestic shipping for Slovenia: is free

Orders made in EU will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days (after we produce and pack your order). Orders being sent in Slovenia are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days (after we produce and pack your order), , but international orders can take up to 7-10 days (after we produce and pack your order) or more to be delievered. The delivery time depends on the postal services.

The above journey times are estimated by the carriers. Ashonimoon prints is not responsible for any delays.

Ashonimoon prints shall not be liable for any delay in shipment. In case of damage or loss, we will send you a brand new poster at our expense. If you wish to report a fault, please contact us immediately, but no later than two days after delivery. We will send you a replacement poster or refund the amount paid by credit card or PayPal.

DELIVERY:

We post all orders using the Mail Boxes etc. service.

PACKAGING:

Each print is packed in cardboard sleeve to avoid damaging during transportation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for prints, except in the event of the following reasons:

• Streaking/ Banding
• Ink scratches or splits
• Damaged in transit

Each print is made to order to operate economically and help to protect the environment. We only print our designs on demand and do not keep an inventory of our art.

Ashonimoon prints is not responsible for shipping delays. In case of damage or loss, we will send you a new print or canvas at no additional cost. If you like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately within 2 days of delivery. We will send a replacement canvas or refund the amount via the payment method used (Credit Card or PayPal).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please conntect us immediately at info@ashonimoon.com. However, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order before it is handled by the print/delivery service. We want to ensure that we pack and deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. If you have placed your order during the weekend or after working hours, please send us an email at info@ashonimoon.com.
